‘Fatal Bangladesh Flash Flood SINKS Entire Villages’

Bangladesh and Northeast India are being ravaged by the worst flash flooding seen in two decades, after one of Asia’s largest rivers burst its banks.

Severe monsoon storms, which have triggered flash floods, lightening and landslides, have so far killed 52 people.

Authorities say the situation is getting worse, as river levels continue to rise and a grave humanitarian crisis looms for the 6 million people left stranded.
